Hamilton 0 - Celtic 1 (SPL, January 30, 2010) New Danish striker Morten Rasmussen marked his debut for Celtic breaking the deadlock at Hamilton in the 67th minute when the forward pounced on a loose ball inside the Accies penalty area and fired a low drive into the net.

St. Johnstone 1 - Celtic 4

Celtic came back from a goal down to thrash 10-man St Johnstone 4-1 at McDiarmid Park. Liam Craig gave Saints the lead from the spot after Glenn Loovens had tugged Steven Milne inside the box but the game turned in the celtic’ favour after Graham Gartland was sent off seconds into the second half for a last man foul on Fortune.

Celtic didn't take their chances and Rangers scored from a corner.

Among the line up were
Pat Bonner, Tom Boyd, Roy Keane, Murdo MacLeod, Paolo di Canio, Pierre van Hooydonk and Jorge Cadete among them.

The subs bench included legends - Peter Grant, Paul Lambert, Alan Stubbs, Joe Miller, John Hartson, Andy Walker and George McCluskey to list a few.

Rangers went two points clear of Celtic in the SPL title race thanks to a crucial Old Firm victory at Ibrox.

Steven Davis was the hero at both ends for Rangers, timing his run perfectly to convert Kenny Miller's cross (37) before clearing a Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink header off the line.

Kris Boyd was denied in a one-on-one with Hoops keeper Artur Boruc before Aiden McGeady fired just wide late on.
