Leading 1-0 at half time through Scott McDonald, they were 3-0 up on the hour mark after strikes from Gary Caldwell (52) and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink (58), who turned in an Aiden McGeady cross.

Jamie Hamill pulled one back for the home side on 66 minutes, before McDonald buried the game completely a minute later with his second goal.
