Old Bhoy Larsson is still lethal at 37

Swedish league goalkeepers can offer no comfort to teams coming up against Helsingborgs IF's Henrik Larsson in Europe this season, with one noting it is "impossible to prepare" for facing the 37-year-old.

How much longer can the 105-cap international go on tormenting keepers? Örebro SK keeper John Alvbåge believes Larsson is striving for one unfulfilled goal: "I think he wants to be a Swedish champion with Helsingborg. Physically, he looks like he's in his 20s, so his body can go on for a long time."

He was signed by Celtic manager Wim Jansen in July 1997 for a fee of £650,000.
He won 4 SPL Titles, 2 Scottish League Cup and 3 Scottish Cups during his tenure.
He was the top goalscorer in the Scottish Premier League for five of the six seasons that he competed in. The only exception being the 1999–00 season, which Larsson missed most of due to the injury suffered in Lyon.
Larsson was also a consistent goalscorer in international competition. He scored two goals in the 2003 UEFA Cup Final, although Portuguese opponents Porto went on to win 3–2.
Larsson holds the record for most number of goals scored for a club from the British Isles in European matches.
Celtic fans selected Larsson (the only player from outside Scotland) in the greatest ever Celtic team, when a vote was held in 2002.[2]
