Football stars from years gone by kicked off a series of signing sessions at the National Football Museum in Preston.

Former Preston north End player Les Dagger and ex-Blackpool stars Glyn James, Alan Ainscow and Derek Spence were among the big names who met fans at the Deepdale venue.

Members of Celtic Football Club's legendary 1967 European Cup winning team will sign autographs at the museum from 2pm-4pm on Friday.

The National Football Museum is appropriately located in the North West of England, the birth place of football. Housed within two sides of Preston North End's Deepdale stadium
