Celtic make it in football rich list
Celtic is currently the twentieth richest soccer club in the world with a team value of £113 million /€168 mil according to the well respected Forbes magazine.
The unwashed across the river have yet to make it to the exclusive list.
Manchester United remain the richest club valued by Forbes at £905 million, with Real reportedly worth £646m.
Arsenal were third in the list, worth £603m.
Liverpool are up to fourth from 11th in the 25-team list.
The other British representatives in the 25-team list are Chelsea (8th), Tottenham (12th) and Newcastle (16th), while Everton, West Ham, Manchester City and Aston Villa occupy places 21-24 respectively.
Meanwhile, David Beckham has replaced Ronaldinho as the world's highest-paid footballer after joining the Los Angeles Galaxy, earning around £25m per year.
The Brazilian had to be content with second place while his Barcelona team-mate Thierry Henry earned £12.5m in salary and sponsorship deals this season.
